Bloxtr8 provides secure escrow services for Roblox trades conducted through Discord communities. Our service includes:

• Automated trade verification and identity checks
• Secure fund holding and release mechanisms
• Discord bot integration for seamless trade setup
• Real-time transaction monitoring and dispute resolution
• Integration with payment processors (Stripe, USDC)

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during account setup and trade creation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the service only for legitimate Roblox trades
• Maintain the security of your Discord account and linked payment methods
• Report any suspicious activity or security concerns immediately
• Respect other users and community guidelines

You may not use our service for any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting trades involving stolen, hacked, or fraudulent Roblox items
• Money laundering or other financial crimes
• Violating Roblox's terms of service or community guidelines
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to our systems

Bloxtr8 charges fees for successful transactions to cover operational costs and platform maintenance:

• Transaction fees are calculated as a percentage of the trade value
• Fees are deducted from the total amount before funds are released
• Fee structure is clearly displayed before trade confirmation
• All fees are non-refundable once a trade is completed
• Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used

Bloxtr8's liability is limited to the value of the specific trade in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to secure the platform but cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, any pending trades will be handled according to our dispute resolution process.
